This course provides you with competencies to carry out airside operations smoothly and safely, by applying appropriate strategies to resolve common operational challenges in an airside environment. This is module I of the Airport Best Practices: Airport Ramp Operations and Management (AROM) programme and a pre-requisite to the Airport Best Practices: Airport Ramp Operations (Intermediate)course. This course is delivered via eLearning.
