This course will provide you with the knowledge to establish and maintain a personnel licensing (PEL) office in a regulatory authority.

What You Will Learn

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Establish and maintain a PEL system
  • Evaluate a licence application for completeness and accuracy
  • Determine if an applicant is eligible for the licence sought
  • Conduct flight crew licence and aviation maintenance technician skill tests
  • Administer, grade and document the results of knowledge tests
  • Validate and convert foreign licences
  • Determine the appropriate document to be issued based on the skill test results
  • Obtain knowledge in testing services from an external service provider
