SAA Training Programmes under the Singapore Cooperation Programme

Established in 1992, the Singapore Cooperation Programme (SCP) is Singapore’s way of contributing to the international community. Singapore benefited from technical assistance in our early nation building years and the SCP is our way of giving back. As a small island state with no natural resources, Singapore believes that human resource development is key to a country’s sustainable development and progress. Working with more than 30 international and local partners, we have shared our development experience with over 117,000 government officials from 170 countries.
