Ms Voeunrath Soporlita
Deputy Chief of the Bureau of Personnel Licensing Office, Personnel Licensing Department, State Secretariat of Civil Aviation, Cambodia
As Deputy Chief, Ms Voeunrath’s role requires her to process and keep track of all documents and records related to pilot licenses. She also prepares and implements the annual and five-year strategy training plans and training programmes for her department, along with developing the Flight Despatcher licensing procedures for the Cambodia Flight Despatcher License.
