Course Outline

This course provides you with the competencies to develop and apply appropriate procedures to satisfy regulatory processes so as to facilitate enforcement of safety policies, regulatory compliance and documentation. It addresses ICAO 8th Critical Element (CE-8) of the safety oversight system – resolution of safety issues. This course is developed in accordance with ICAO Doc 9734 (Third edition).

Key Instructor(s)/Instructor(s)

Mr Allan Tang is a Principal Training Specialist with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. He is an ICAO approved auditor and an ICAO endorsed instructor with 40 years of experience in aviation including 27 years as a regulator.  Mr Tang also regularly conducts aviation training courses for regulators at the ICAO Asia Pacific Regional Office under the auspices of COSCAP South East Asia.
