Application procedures for course registration

Online Course Application

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an acknowledgement. Please save or print a copy of the acknowledgement for future reference.

If you have trouble logging in or registering for a course, please email to iSAAhelpdesk@caas.gov.sg

  1. Under “SAA” in the menu bar, click on “Courses”. You may filter the courses base on the time, sector, school or category, etc. Alternatively, you may search for course of your interest.
  2. Select your preferred course for more information. If you have any further inquiries, simply fill up the form under “Find Out More”.
  3. To apply for a course, click “Apply Now”.
  4. If you have registered an account, please log in with your username and password.
  5. If you do not have an account, please sign up at the top right of the menu bar.
  6. After logging in, proceed with the form application after registering your account.
  7. You may check on your online course application status upon logging into your iSAA account.
Account Creation
  1. Click on the blue “Sign Up” button on the top right corner.
  2. Complete the form to create your account.
  3. Your username and password will be sent to your registered email address within 5 minutes. Please check your junk / spam email if you did not receive the email, or contact us at iSAAhelpdesk@caas.gov.sg
  4. You may then login to your account using the username and password that you have received from the emails.
Setting up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Due to security reasons, SAA requires a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) each time you log into your account. 2FA is an extra layer of security designed to ensure that you're the only person who can access your account through the use of your mobile device.

SkillsFuture Credit

For Singaporeans aged 25 and above, you may use your SkillsFuture Credit for selected courses in SAA. Click here to find out more.

Application procedures for SkillsFuture Credit

  1. After applying for the course, please proceed to http://www.skillsfuture.sg/credit
  2. Search for the course title in the SkillsFuture Credit Course Directory
  3. Select the course which you have registered for
  4. Click on “Proceed to Claim Credit”
  5. Login with your SingPass
  6. Proceed with form registration

Fellowships/Scholarships

SAA offers fellowships and scholarships for participants from selected regions. The fellowships/scholarships are intended for participants nominated by their respective Governments. Before proceeding with the online application, the Nominating Governments should complete and endorse the Nomination Form. The PDF copy of the completed Nomination Form needs to be submitted as part of the online application. All the applications should be submitted online by the stated closing dates. The nomination forms can be found at the respective fellowships pages.

Application procedures for Fellowships/Scholarships
  1. Under “SAA” in the menu bar, under “Admissions”, click on “Fellowships”.
  2. SAA currently offers six fellowships. Click on the fellowship(s) which you are eligible for.
  3. The various training programmes offered will be listed under each fellowship. You may check on the application closing date as well as the status on that page.
  4. The nomination forms can be found at the respective fellowships pages. Download and complete the nomination form as it needs to be submitted as part of the online application.
  5. Select your preferred programme for more information. If you have any further inquiries, simply fill up the form under “Find Out More”.
  6. Click on “Apply Now” on the programme information page.
  7. If you have registered an account, please log in with your username and password.
  8. If you do not have an account, please sign up at the top right of the menu bar.
  9. After logging in, proceed with the form application after registering your account.
  10. You may check on your fellowship/scholarship application status upon logging into your iSAA account.
